While other nearby resorts may have access to Wi-Fi, their guests still need to pay in order to go online. At Island Cove, Internet connection is absolutely free.

"With the accessible Internet, guests can now surf the net from the comfort of their rooms, at the Hotel lobby, the Island Café, Sangley Point Po Point Restaurant, and even as far as the Fishing Village. "
After 10 fruitful years in the business, the decision to go with free Wi-Fi is actually just one of the measures Island Cove management has decided to take in order to remain ahead of the curve in terms of guest facilities. Remulla explains, "Island Cove is in the process of reinventing itself. The Wi-Fi feature is just one of the changes being taken to better the quality of service and range of offerings of the resort."
Also part of re branding initiatives are a new resort logo, the renovations undertaken on existing facilities, the menu revamp in all food outlets, and the addition of new hotel amenities and attractions. The latter include its new camping grounds, paintball, and a bike trail.
